We tried to bring to the interiors, the main concept of the project, which was to create an urban, unpretentious but cosy home

The design of Bomonti apartments was inspired by Istanbul's cosmopolitan and timeless structure. In the end, we accomplished a unique project in which every detail was meticulously studied and planned; each square centimeter was precisely worked on, and handicraft was combined with wisdom in perfect harmony.

In a manner quite unfamiliar to us, we were requested to create the interiors of a building that we didn't design. We wouldn't be the creator of the shell, nor the spaces; but we would form the interiors. We tried to bring to the interiors, the main concept of the project, which was to create an urban, unpretentious but cosy home. We asked ourselves how to obtain a quiet design for a tunnel of light and its connection to the lobby. We focused our thoughts on the personal relationship of future residents with their apartments. We then aimed at creating pure, yet multifunctional spaces within the apartments. Even if the space were limited, it should still serve for different purposes and offer maximum utilization thanks to intelligent details. During the process of planning, we wrote new life-style scenarios and created different types of apartments for different types of clients. We dreamed that the residents enjoy a flexible, quiet city life in tastefully designed interiors with well thought details, desiring these to be the living standard for all. We designed both the public and private spaces in the same manner so that the residents would love, live and consider the whole building as their own homes. The Bomonti Extensa Project was enriched and matured after having long discussions and exchange of ideas on every detail with many experts in different fields.
